Liebherr TTBL Final4 scheduled: Title Showdown on May 30–31 in Frankfurt | Advance Ticket Sales have begun
The date and venue for the Liebherr TTBL Final4 have been set: On May 30 and 31, 2026, the top four teams in the Table Tennis Bundesliga (TTBL) will compete for the title at the Süwag Energie ARENA in Frankfurt. The participating teams are Borussia Düsseldorf, SV Werder Bremen, 1. FC Saarbrücken TT, and TTC Schwalbe Bergneustadt. Tickets are now available, with early birds receiving a 20 percent discount.
The title decision in the Table Tennis Bundesliga (TTBL) will once again be decided in Frankfurt: On the weekend of May 30 and 31, 2026, the showdown will take place at the Süwag Energie ARENA for the third consecutive year. What is new, however, is the tournament format as the Liebherr TTBL Final4: The four top-ranked teams from the regular season will first face off in the semifinals on Saturday, May 30. The first semifinal starts at 1 p.m., the second at 5 p.m. The two winners will then compete against each other on Sunday, May 31, starting at 1 p.m., battling for the German championship.
“The debut of the Liebherr TTBL Final4 promises to be an absolute highlight on the table tennis calendar,” says Nico Stehle, managing director of the organizing body, Tischtennis Bundesliga GmbH. “With Frankfurt, we have once again found a fantastic venue that has already proven in recent years just how much enthusiasm there is for our sport in the region. The fact that we can offer fans two full days of world-class table tennis featuring absolute superstars is the icing on the cake. We expect thrilling matches and a fantastic atmosphere.”
Fan Zhendong and Saarbrücken aim for the double
The participants for the Liebherr TTBL Final4 have already been determined: record champions Borussia Düsseldorf, featuring German national team player Dang Qiu, will be there, as will cup winners 1. FC Saarbrücken TT, led by Chinese Olympic champion Fan Zhendong. Also in the mix are SV Werder Bremen, dreaming of their second German championship since 2013, and TTC Schwalbe Bergneustadt, featuring world No. 12 Benedikt Duda. Which teams will face off in the semifinals will be decided in the coming weeks based on the final standings of the main round.

And the best part is: Last-minute buyers can still take advantage of the early-bird discount. Through April 16, the early-bird promotion offers a 20 percent discount on all available tickets (except VIP).
